Pedalboard for two pedals?

Nice. Seems that spare piece if wood will fit the two pedals, with just enough room to take the connector cable in and out. Now to dress up the wood.

I think a pedalboard is useful to hold any number of pedals together, whether it's 2 or 12. It cuts down on time spent setting up and is very useful for keeping your pedals organized at home and keeping your pedals organized if you're traveling from home to gig or rehearsal or jam or etc.

If I were planning a board for just two pedals I'd build it from some scrap wood or something.

I LOVEEEE the new pedaltrain mini that doesn't have the lip. I just realized that extra free edge of pedalboard could allow me to rearrange and get an 8th pedal onto my standard Mini setup. I think I've been inspired to remove the lip from my mini. [DEL]What tool would I need?[/DEL]

Nevermind, google is my friend. A dremel with metal cutting wheel and grinder are the tools of choice according thegearpage.

I just wanted to share a good idea for a small pedalboard. My boyfriend bought this: http://www.thomann.de/gb/thomann_mix_case_2118a.htm and made it into this: [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]
He removed the old foam and glued in a new one, drilled holes for audio and power cables and modified the hinges so that the lid opens at a wider angle and doesn't tend to close when you hit the pedalboard. I think it's a perfect idea for people who have only two pedals. The box itself is quite rugged. It's built out of an MDF board laminated with a glossy black tin. Hinges and fasteners are riveted to an aluminum frame.

I used a piece of wood, spray-painted it black, velcroed it and glued on rubberfeet from a pedal on the bottom.

I know I’m late to the party but I made 2, 2 pedal pedal boards from this IKEA cutting board. APTITLIG Chopping board, bamboo, Length: 9 ½" - IKEA. I used these floor protectors to keep the boards from scratching floors. FIXA stick-on floor protectors set of 20, gray - IKEA With velcro I think I did it all for under $10.00.

You can put rubber feet/strip on the bottom edges!

Mono also makes a good one. I had two pedals with a JHS Buffer/Splitter & Broughton (no footswitch) HPF mounted on the front edge and some power adapter under it with a 4 port EBS 9v daisy chain.

Correction: I had a SA power adapter under this D'Addario dual pedal riser. I had the Mono arrangement sitting on an Eventide PowerMax with rubber feet on the power supply and dual loc connecting the Mono to the PowerMax!

Either works real well for $19.99 riser only...

You could make one for $20-25
