Pedalboard suggestions?

What are you guys using for your pedalboards? I'm looking at picking one up - pedals strewn all over the floor isn't really doing it for me anymore. Would prefer to get something with a case/bag but not ultimately necessary.

Looking at running things in a 3x2 layout (3 wide, 2 deep):
Top row: MXR M80, RAT, Pitchblack
Bottom row: Blowtorch, LS-2, OD (Boss sized)
(Signal flow: Tuner, OD, LS-2/RAT, Blowtorch, M80)
Going to be picking up a power supply of some kind (Currently it'll be a Dunlop DC Brick) so room underneath for mounting is also preferred.

Had a look at the Pedaltrain Jr, but it looks like I'll end up with some wasted space and it seems a bit pricey for what it is. Checked out TrailerTrash and they look nice, but also more moneys. The basic pedal cases at local music shop are cheep (like the budgie) but don't give any options for power supply or hiding the patch cables.

Any suggestions?

On the cheaps? Ikea Gorm shelf if you can still find one. Otherwise, perhaps a Gator Powered Pedal Tote. Although, those don't allow room for hiding patch cable routing. I can't think of much else, so to get what you want, you might just have to pony up and buy an PT-JR or TrailerTrash

Have any woodworking skills?
I made a board for my simple setup.

Boss TU-2
EBS MultiComp
SansAmp (programmable)
MXR Octave Deluxe
EBS UniChorus

You can use plywood or particle board or whatever. Cut it (or have it cut) to whatever size you like. ease the edges with a router, wrap it with felt using spray contact cement and put Velcro strips on bottoms of your pedals. Then, get yourself a One Spot power supply.
