Here's the AFTER when I installed the George L cable kit...

AJ:

Looks much cleaner......I may have to check-out a George L kit sometime. Other priorities right now.

Also have you tried switching around the VT and Bad Monkey so the Bad Monkey follows the the VT and feeds the Chorus?

I started with a chain like yours and someone gave me this suggestion. It resulted in getting very synthy chorus sounds and one less pedal in front of my VT which I leave on most of the time.

Enjoy your Mini!!

Actually, I did try the VT before the BM, but it seemed to suck something out of the tone. BM before the VT sounds a LOT better... maybe because (as someone else suggested to me), that the VT 'smooths' the signal out. Even though the BM is modded for bass (which sounds incredible btw), the VT adds that extra conditioning to the overdrive. Nice.

I'M IN! giggitygiggitygiggitygiggity!!!!

woah! im impressed! thats a nice and economical squeeze on that mini! what's the submarine?

oh btw do you guys face the same problem regarding the mini's strap? its designed in such a way that when you do strap it across, it kinda slings too far forward or backwards. hence i can really only grab it by the handle. is it only me? or do you guys feel it too?

+1 That is one efficient Mini......that's what I call getting the max for the minimum!

BTW, I haven't used my strap, I just grab the bag.

Very nice setup and use of space.

My cables are in!! XO BMS on the way. Tired as poop and have a long weekend and will set up the other pedals.

I have a Mini Q too and love the crazy wetness of that jewel. What the heck where they thinking with the old one. That box could be half and big. Prolly gonna hold onto it anyway. The BassIQ gets wet, but not near as nutty. Can't wait to hear the BMS and get the Mini set up (steering back OT).

Looks like an early edition Submarine, one of the best "make my tone better" boxes IMO. Volume and tone controls, to go from deep and thump to clear and high and manages to sound sweet at any setting. And enough gain to do recording with.
Made my Os of MusicElectronix, who is a member here and has a website for his company. I've had two, I'm going to get another one soon.

George L cables will save you about 1/16" each, over what you have there.

I just completed my Mini last week. I'm just waiting on some George L cables which will give me more room in the way that the OP has between his pedals.

Check out [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]... they might save you 1/8" or so. Looks like they are FINALLY shipping! Probably still not as thin as those old Switchcraft 238 type plugs and definitely not as cheap, but easier to work with for sure.

Thanks... I went with George L...

Lovin the PT Minis. Is there any space for a power supply underneath? I'm wondering if I could transplant the G-Bus-8 out of my Gator Pedal Tote.

Sorry for the non PT pic, but I may get one for the time being as I hate unused real estate.
