Pedaltrain Velcro

I'm just about to buy my 200th pedaltrain board and the velcro has been put on apallingly I've never had to remove it before and throw it away.

Does anyone know where you can get it in the correct width? I don't think Pedaltrain sell replacement rolls

2-inch/5cm rolls of "industrial strength" velcro should be easily available at hardware suppliers

Isn't it the same width as standard Velcro? I bought some of the branded industrial strength stuff from Homebase but it was expensive plus excessively strong! I can compare it later to see if it is indeed the same width.

it's one of the standard sizes, 2"

Yeah 2inches/50mm is a standard roll but 2.5m of it needed for a PT2 is like £30 and it's the industrial velcro which seems like overkill.

Yeah I found like an industrial supplier that is cheaper like £22 for 25m but I don't need a swimming pool worth of velcro.

You'll be surprised how much of it you go through! I'm on box #4 over ten years...

5m for £10 I could have got less but you pay postage on anything less for 3-4m isn't much cheaper.
