Perfect Spectrogram

Hello, do you know of a spectrogram program that identifies individual tones in a piece of music? The ones I know display a graph of colorful frequencies, yet don't display actual note names. I'm looking for one that does just that, or at least has a note ruler on the Y axis.

Something like the PitchLab app pre-update.
