We're torn between in-ear or using small personal stage monitors, like the Roland CM 30 or the Galaxy Audio system of small powered monitors on the mike stands. My concern is for my drummer. Does anyone have experience with these? I've seen them used in praise and worship but not at the level of club gigs. I'm wondering if there's enough sound level to cut through the stage level..we're guitar, bass, keys and drums plus vocals.
