Phase footswitch failed...

Right in the middle of a gig...stuck in on position until I could bypass it physically...only a few years old...
I need to fix it by friday, thoughts on a source for quick replacement part?

If there's a guitar center or Sam ash near you they MIGHT have one. Maybe radio shack. Otherwise you might have to order a new switch. Where do you live?

Does the switch move but not do anything, or is it physically stuck in the down position? A little WD-40 might work if it's the latter.

Im in houston..pretty sure gc doesn't have it. I moves up and down but doesn't click.

TBH that just sounds broken. It happens to footswitches sometimes. If you are handy with a soldering iron, you could probably find a similar switch at an electronics supply store, and just replace it yourself. Otherwise I'd say contact Dunlop and ask them for help. They may be cool and deal with it for you, or they may say "not our problem", but it can't hurt to ask.

You could take it to a tech for repair, but they tend to charge $45 just to look at a pedal.

Everything here is on the money, even down to the $45 bench charge.

If it was me, and I liked the pedal, I'd drop the cash to have it repaired. Cheaper than a new one.

I live in houston, gonna call allparts tomorrow and see how quick they can get it to me...can't play Stranglehold without it...
