Phil Jones Super Flightcase front grille falling off

I have an issue with keeping the front speaker grille not sticking to the baffle board. No velcro was used, just four rubber buttons on the grille and four on the baffle board.

The rubber buttons line up correctly but there is no adhesion occurring. Phil Jones customer service has not responded. Before I try removing the rubber buttons and using

velcro does anyone have ideas or solutions?

My pjb c4 cabinet grill is screwed/bolted to the baffle hard rubber spacer washers between the grill and baffle.

Is there a chance it once had bolts going into the rubber buttons?

I've had a couple of PJB Super Flightcases and a Flightcase so I'm familiar with the grill mounting system. Are the "nubs" or "nipples" still attached to the grill frame and complete or are they broken off?

I've seen these break off before and sometimes they can be in the acceptable where they are supposed to snap in.

Did you email Phil's shop or did you call?

You could certainly use velcro but I've previously heard of a situation where the shop sent out new parts to take care of the issue.

The nubs are still attached but may not be complete. Nothing sticking out from the middle.

I've emailed the shop and phoned the support number but received no reply.
