:D, I just hope you like it as much as I do.

Oh, re; the Squier Affinity thread, I went ahead and put that fretted neck back on my red P, until I need it for my Explorer......

.....or, Fretless Explorer, opinions?

Yep, I missed something. It feels like the DB-BG forum mix up conversation we had.. I was sooo lost during that, and I was the main subject!

You missed something alright!:ninja:
DO IT! You will have the first fretless Fenderbird, which is win on so many levels... just like how soon I'll have the world's first fretless 10-string/ first fretless Jag/ first 10-string Jag/ first double-P'ed Jag/ first Surf Green Jag:D.

Heh, that bass will be crazy!

Oh, the explorer, gonna be sun yellow, with black hardware! 80's ftw!:bassist:

Great TV show...

If you're goin' fretless (which you'd better...), get a maple board an epoxy it. It'll look perfect with all of the yellow and black:cool:.

Well, the original fretted plan, was to ebony dye the current neck.

But the fretless neck I have is pao ferro, or something, and pretty sweet, I'd prefer to not be buying more necks, the idea of this project came about first for a reason to use this spare neck.
