light Blue with Maple board bass seems to be calling to me
That has always been one of my favorite combos, esp the G & L powder blue with birdseye and white guard. ooooooooooooooooooooooohh!

That is a good point!
Well, I wrote reviews for Bass Guitar Magazine for about a year, but recently, Guitar World nixed all of its ancillary mags, so the reviews I am working on now are going to be in the 'bass section' of Guitar World (I think - the dust is still settling). Thanks for the kind words, though!
