Yep, 4 doors is what our grand parents drove. Today, there are more 4 door car models being made than 2 door models. Times have changed.

The NSU appears to be inspired by the Mazda RX-500, also a rotary engine car. Gandini's design seems more practical, since it can transport 4 people.
