Pickguard fun

Make a clear plexi-glass guard... that way you can trim up different pictures to put under it... I prefer Marilyn Monroe, Vargas Girls, or Shaun Cassidy...

I'm close to you... lemme know... I can probably whip a reasonable one up in little to no time!

go to Invalid Link Removed they have just about every color of pickquard known to man and they are ready to install in a Fender bass. One suggestion I have if you are truly looking for something unique is to make a figured wood veneer pick guard something like a quilted maple top with a translucent red stain. It would be a very unusual touch to a black bass and if done tastefully would look very cool.

way cool but 300 clams? I

would get some yo-boy honda car tuner to cut me one. they buy that crap in bulk to customize their civics. some of it is just sticker-based, which can be layer # 2 on a standard 3 layer guard.

First layer. . .stock
Second layer- carbon fiber
third layer. . .clear
