Double Bass Plans for making a c extension?

Hey guys,
I'm looking for some plans to build a upright bass c extension, using maple and ebony. I am trying to get my hands on the book, The Setup and Repair of the Double Bass for Optimum Sound by Chuck Traeger. I did scan through it at one point, and I'm not sure if it includes detailed plans on creating an extension, just fitting one. Does anybody have any plans available?

I would be willing to pay a bit if they are quality...

Inter Library Loan. Takes about a week. If you are willing to pay a bit though, why not just buy Chuck's Book?

Its a good investment.

I believe Bill Merchant did the chapter on extensions in that book. He made my extension and it's stunning. Get the book.
