After this, I move onto an exercise. There will be more and more of these.

The exericise here is useful for building up strength and stamina.

Too many bass players are fingerstyle snobs. They look down their nose at playing with a pick. I find that there are certain songs that just need to be played with a pick.

Unfortunatly Ric, it's not only fingerstyle snobs in this world...:p

Some people hate slap and pop, some hate tapping, some hate solos, some hate picks, some just hate.

My philosophy is to never shut myself off to anything. Everything we use is just a tool. To shut myself off to something is choke my potential.
