I recently joined the military, and due to that, my touring days are over!

So tomorrow I'm playing my last show with my old touring band from St. Louis called Building Rome. It just so happens that my last show is going to be with one of the "gods" for our genre, The Offspring!

I figure this will be a fitting way to happily bring it all to a close. If any of you are in the St. Louis area, it's a free show! :bassist:

I'll be sure to post pictures of the show for the rest of you.

Enjoy it! Semper Fi! Ooh rah! Or whatever the vernacular for your choice of branch and service.

That dude from Offspring uses an Ibby ATK, to my knowledge! Sweet!.

I didn't get downtown in time to catch your band, but I did get there before Dexter and co. took the stage. It was an awesome show. Those guys sound just as good now as they did back in the "Smash" days. The new song is in my opinion the best "new song by an old band" to come out in years. Just a great show. If I had seen this thread before now I would have made a point to get there to catch your band. Hopefully you had a great show.

Hey guys,

Thanks a bunch for all of the support! I'm definitely excited for this new adventure I'm embarking on.

The show was an absolute blast. I can't think of a better way to bow out of my professional music career than to play with one of the bands I grew up listening to. It had been a while since we came off tour, so it was a new rush all over again to play in front of a sea of people. Here are some pictures from the show!

In that last picture, I am standing right next to the tent/canopy/sound board on the left side. I noticed they were using a Midas Pro 6. I must admit, I was a little erect. lol

I saw all you guys up on the top of the memorial taking pictures.
