Well I'm pretty sure that works. And just so everyone knows I liked everyones pages that posted so far. Lets keep it up and spread the word!

Facebook is blocked at work but when I get home tonight I'll check all your pages, and like what I like :)

Our Facebook page is our most important medium to get in touch with fans and event organizers. I had hoped for more fans when I started the page, but I guess we'll just have to convince them at shows. We still have a myspace running because many organisers still request it, and we're making work of our own website as well.

It had something to do with having over a certain number of fans, like 100 or 200 or something, then you can edit your page to have a particular URL. They make it impossible to change afterward, though, so you have to be really sure what you'd like your facebook.com/"band name here" to be.

Thanks man! That was simple. I have changed both of my bands urls. That was th eone thing that Myspace had on Facebook. Not anymore.

Agreed. Our original page was set up as a Group. So you had to become a member. The whole layout just seemed clumsy. When I re-did our page I made sure it was a "Like" page.



And......."like"....."like"......."like" "like". All caught up!
