It sounds like you really need a hobby that lets you mingle with people out of work that allows you to de-stress.
A weekly jam with a few beers works wonders for me. I call it my "bowling night". It doesn't matter if you screw up. It doesn't bother me on the odd occasion that one of the group get a bit messy on red wine. I used to get a bit uptight with the singer/guitarist not being able to count in a song properly or forgetting lyrics but I let all that go and just have a bit of fun. It also allows me to try things that I wouldn't with my gigging band and therefore I learn new licks and lines. The best bit is that for around 3 hours each week i'm not thinking about work or any other life stresses.
I've used some of those for practice and fun although it can take some time listening to crap to find good ones.
I've found these below to be really good as they also include recommendations for scales, chord tones etc.
