I think it was a reference to the grammar in the original post. He was implying that you were drunk when you typed it and that was the reason for the lack of normal English grammar, syntax and vocabulary.

As to your question...

The general rule would be compressor, gain, then modulation.

Specifically for you:
CS 400
ODB-3
DS-1
Fab Chorus

You can deviate from this (fuzz pedals may not like a compressor before them/you can move mod pedals before gain for specific effects, etc)

I think the conventional way to have them would be the Compressor, then the OD/DS then the Chorus. I never understand why having the compressor before OD is desirable though, and I'm a fan of modulation effects prior to OD/DS so my personal layout would be Chorus, OD/DS then Compressor

Yeah, I don't really like the Compressor before OD either. It depends on how compressed you make stuff and how much you want to be able to control how distorted you sound using dynamics i guess. Personally, I like being able to dig a little harder to get a little more crunch. I guess if you really squashed everything with your comp and you put it after your OD/DS I could see how it could negatively affect the sound of your OD/DS.

well. conventional wisdom says overdrive >> distortion. This is because an OD before a DS will normally sound a whole lot better than a DS into an OD. Try it both ways and see what you like. You may have ot mess with tone knobs in each position. But really, you should swap that DS-1 out for a Big Muff and leave it right after that ODB.

Well if you put the DS-1 first, the will be less low end for the ODB to maintain in the first place, but that's using the assumption that both will be used at the same time and that's probably not that necessary.

Id move the compressor as needed, then run ds1>odb3>chorus. The odb3 should fatten up the ds1 when using both. Plenty of people put od after fuzz/dist etc. Try it out, you may see why.

In the end, the "proper" order is however you can get the most use of your board, for your music. Move stuff until you're happy. I mean, there's only like 24 possible combinations, haha.
