I'm working on internalizing all the various variations on I vi ii V progressions. Simple tunes like "Hungry Heart" (Springsteen) have been great to start, but now I'm looking for other stuff - pop, jazz, whatever. If folks have suggestions for tunes I can use to practice this all-important progression, I'd appreciate it! Thanks.

The soloing section of Sonny Rollins "Pent Up House" is a bunch of ii-V's, moving through various key centers.
If you want to focus on that particular progression, (and it is well worth focusing on) there are about 8 bazillion method books that only deal with the ii-V-I and variations of it.

Is Rhythm Changes a song? Or is it some Jazz practice thing?
I'm totally new to learning walking bass and Jazz.
"rhythm changes" is the chord progression to Gershwin's I've got rhythm, expressed as functional harmony ( so it can transpose to any key)
Combined with 12 bar blues it forms the DNA of 80% of jazz.

Oh gosh. You'd have to throw in at least 50% of all doo-wop tunes (although many of them use IV instead of ii).
