  1. Anybody use these for cleaning their fretboard?

I always use pledge on mine.
Not the wipes, just the spray can. I hit everything with the stuff - fretboard, strings, tuners, pickups, everything.

  3. I've always found standard furniture polish too soft - it takes fingermarks too easily.

I've used auto wax polish *SPARINGLY* as it is a little abrasive. I'll wax lightly maybe twice a year - it lasts a lot longer than Pledge, is much harder and is less prone to fingermarks - and polish with a soft cloth between times.

No, but I use them on my bicycle frame.

I used to use Lemon Oil on my fretboard until I read a Roger Sadowsky post on usenet describing why that's not such a good idea. Now I just don't clean my fretboards!
