Podcasts on Music Theory?

Can anyone recommend a good podcast on Music Theron as it relates to bass guitar? I’m looking for something to listen to while I work. Other music related podcasts suggestions are welcome too.

Now, there are some who do try and make it applicable to specific instruments. Although it really does just come down to basic music theory. Mark, of TalkingBass, has a video lesson series titled "Music Theory for Bass Guitar." You could just listen to his lessons while you work and gain plenty of knowledge. His lessons are here . . .

Arianne Capp also does some music theory lessons as it pertains to the bass. I do believe most of her teachings are text/video based, however she also has some very good YT vids on the subject.

Yes I know it’s not instrument based but I’m looking for something that applies it to the bass. I can get lost in the theory so I find it easier to understand when applied to a specific instrument. Thank you for these I’ll check them out.

Yes YouTube videos count. I'm getting tired of the same old songs looping on Spotify and Pandora so figured I would find something theory wise.
