Hmmm not really. I have it strung with Thomastik-Infeld AB-344's which are kinda like rubber bands. These Ferringtons have a plywood top I think so they don't have much projection for the huge size.

Thanks...not quite back in shape (see splint on left hand). Left arm still out with Radial Nerve Palsy but I can still play. I have gripping power with it but no hyperextension of the wrist or fingers.

Dude, I'm training Addam Stark, my pal who does independent finishing here, to install D-TAR Timberlines. That bass would be pretty damned good with that pickup....
