FWIW: I eat Milk Duds. I love 'em. They're my choco-carmel cigarettes. I eat tons of chocolate-chip cookies amongst other junk food proclivities.

I brush at least 3 times a day, and floss at least once. Gotta keep my heart rate up to burn the junk food off.

I love chocolate.

I keep a pack of flossers in my car and use them pretty much every day. Sometimes twice a day. I find them much easier than regular old floss.

Yep. It's why I still have most of my teeth in my noggin at age 53. Regular brushing also helps too.

I try to, but I don't more often than than I do.

My dentist tells me I only have to floss the teeth that I want to keep.

I use the little plastic disposable "flossers" with the pick at the end...one for the top, one for the bottom, a bag lasts almost 3 months.
