Poll: Do You Floss?

Every night. Except twice a year, after I get my teeth cleaned. I take those nights off!

I started a bit more than a week ago when I got two ceramic implants (my eye-teeth if you must know). Now I floss those teeth a couple times a day.

Yes, I floss.

It's kind of odd to me how some people laugh about it and are almost proud to say they don't. Tooth problems are no fun. It hurts to get them fixed, costs a lot of money, losing teeth sucks for a lot of reasons, and there are links between tooth-related diseases and other other health problems.

It takes about a minute to floss after brushing, which should be a big deal for most people. Who's that busy that they can't at least once in a while?

Exactly. Although it seems that brush then floss then rinse works all right for those with some spacing between teeth.

I didn't floss for a good chunk of my adult life, but I was brushing morning and evening religiously. I kept having at least one cavity every time I went to the dentist. It was maddening. Started flossing. Stopped having cavities. Coincidence? I think not.
