I've looked at a few threads here and put together a LiIon battery and pure sine wave converter for an outdoor gig I play that has no AC. I've paired it with a Fender Rumble 100. It looks like this:
The battery and inverter is about 13 pounds. (The Rumble is about 22 pounds--Yes!) I will probably make an enclosure for the power pack that will make it easier to carry and still allow good air circulation.
It is certainly overkill with the battery at 25Ah and the inverter at 1000W (2000W peak), so the Rumble is well under capacity. I just wanted extra if I went with a larger amp or used it for non-musical purposes.
The Rumble plays perfectly with this setup. I have not run this for any length of time, but theoretically I might get 8 hours of use before recharge. I'll let you know how things go.
