possible trade: Sterling for 8x10 cab

Hi. I put my Music Man Sterling (about 7 years old but in pretty good shape) up for sale. I've got a guy who wants to trade his Ampeg 8x10 which is also in really good shape for it.

Do you think this is a good straight up trade? I'm not sure if he's going to try to squeeze some cash out of me yet or if I should try to squeeze some cash out of him.

Look on Ebay- Decent USA Sterlings(not the New Asian one's) are going for a cuppla hunnerd more'n that. IMO ask for cab +$200 at least! The Serling will hold it's value- the SVT810E... depends?!?!?!?!?

I've seen decent svt 810e's go for $500 or so. I would say don't do it, unless you're getting at least $200
