possible upgrade ?

So now I'm running an Ashdown MAG300 into an Avatar B112+B210 and I love the tone, but at one of our last gigs I felt a little underpowered. Which of the following would possibly come closest to the tone I'm getting now

1) Genz Benz GBE600 (not warm/growly enough?)
2) Yorkville XS400H (not warm/growly enough?)
3) Traynor YBA200 (not much volume gain?)
4) just buy a MAG600 and get it over with....

IMO if you love the sound of the Ashdowns, stay with them and upgrade to a bigger amp. Just my 2 cents.
