What's the make on that last bass in your post, the fretless one with the maple top and "cat eye" F hole? All your basses are beautiful, but that one is really elegant.

Lug got it, :thumbsup: . It’s a Tune WB4F. Japanese company, but this bass was manufactured in S.Korea.
This one has piezo only pickup,but they do make them with additional magnetic pickups as well.
The style of this instrument really drew me, it looks like a modern bass guitar version of some ancient Japanese koto…I almost feel like I should wear some ceremonial robes when i play it.
It has an oil finish, everywhere except the back of the neck,which had a thick poly varnish coat
I’ve sanded down a bit.
It’s one of the lightest full scale basses I’ve ever held, at about 6 pounds.
