Hmm. Doesn't quite look like the Peavy logo. It'd be funny if it read something like "Pervy" instead of "Peavy."
No, I think that IS a Peavey logo. Sharp and pointy in all its glory.

What's with the guy in the back with the baseball bat? This pic disturbs me more every time I look at it!
So, I just finished with this beaut. I bought a used Ibanez GSR205 for $80, spent about as much on glo-in-the-dark paint, glow in the dark doo-dads, epoxy and nails (had to basically 'crucify' the zombie finger puppets since the epoxy didn't take on them).
Also, the fettuccine fringe glows in the dark, too. I tried taking a picture of it glowing, but it didn't work out with my crappy camera.

I took it out to a gig on Friday. Lots of comments. Lots. I've got a Warwick Thumb Bolt-on that cost about $1600 new. I've gotten a handful of comments on it, mostly from other bass players. (Whoopie...) I spent almost 1/10th on the crazy bass, but got 10 times the ammount of comments then the Warwick just on Friday night!
I had little old ladies wanting to take a picture of them with me and my crazy bass. The MC of the event had me hold it up for all to see. Someone filming it (don't know who, or I'd post a link) centered the camera really closely
OMG Uberhsiest, You know how I know YOU'RE gay? LOL..that is over the top.
That's actually pretty awesome looking! I love it.Some people think this is ugly.
As Leo said, "Form follows function"; it'll go from single coil P Bass to split P with the turn of a switch.
that's focking beautiful.
how does it sound/play?
It's a "Squender Mustonco"...a Squier Bronco body with a Fender Mustang RI neck.
My SX Jazz-->Precision bass. Some people think its fugly, i think its snazzy. Regardless it achieved its goal, the mods are ALL REVERSIBLE, and the PAF Dimarzio model J sounds like a beefy P in series, and a single-coil P in parallel. Dig it with Chromes.

Is anyone else reminded of Legos by this bass?
I think the plastic tab needs a flat 2x12 Lego glued on it and the bass would be complete![]()
