When I was younger, I played the heck out of one of the Rush concert videos on VHS. Grace Under Pressure? Anyway, I remember watching Alex make all these nutty faces when he played. I think that rubbed off on me too.

This photo came up recently as a memory on Facebook from 10 years ago and Mrs Bassman said "Gee you looked a lot younger then.... and thinner too"!

Besides being ugly as homemade sin, to my knowledge no bass face pictures of me exist. I’ve been told quite often i look angry when i’m playing. Constipated is the second most popular guess.
Kidding aside though, i am almost phobic about getting photographed. It drives my sister (the family shutterbug) crazy at family get togethers because i always duck out if she's trying to get an individual shot. I’ll allow a group photo because my sorry mug makes everyone else look better but i’m just not in to being captured on film.
