since my original post (which I forgot about...) my tastes have slightly changed as well as my arsenal.

I still have the 'Ray and L2500...these will NEVER leave. I have sold that squier.

My GAS list still contains the Thumb 5, but that is at the top of the list.
I do however seem to like an EBMM Sterling 5 HH

After experimenting for a lot of years, I've kind of landed on 4.

My Special Edition Stingray, a EBMM Sterling, a Rick 4001 Fretless and a Rick 4003.

Really don't want to limit it down to 3
