I just restrung 'em both and figured a sibling portrait was in order. The trans red '98 Am J Dlxe is my "1 bass to grab if the house catches fire". It's now passive, hardwired in parallel with tone at max….single volume knob. 8lbs even. One Eyed Jack. I have the original 'guard/plate/pre…no irreversible mods.
The P is a '22 Am Pro ll……ultralight tuners, routed under the 'guard for weight loss, 8.4 lbs. Still nameless. Both have cream pearl 'guards from Pickguardian.
