Looking back, it's been sugessted a couple of times that I just combine all my FX into 1 big board!

where do you get connector cables like that?

My rooms rather a mess right now, and so is my rig, but he's a quick pic:

It's a cell phone camera pic, so sorry about the low quality... My rig at the moment is going as follows:

ProCo Vintage Rat > DigiTech Whammy 4 > Dunlop 105q Crybaby Bass Wah > Boss BF-2 Flanger > DigiTech Bass Synth Wah

The two pedals at the top are my Boss ODB-3 and Boss BF-3 pedals, which I now have replacements for, so I'm looking to sell them soon. I'm also looking at maybe picking up a couple new effects tomorrow, and hopefully my homemade distortion will be done soon :hyper:

Fun stuff.

What are some settings you've found to like on the Boss Flanger? I've got one but I hardly use it... can't seem to get a useful setting, or one that doesn't seem to boost the gain when I click it on.

Yeah, I'm using the BF-2 now. I got it used pretty cheap (US $40), and really love it, blows the BF-3 away. (and on the distortion topic, the BF-3 sounds pretty good with distortion with bass, too... But overall, not quite a s good though.)

I think the BF-3 is a fine flanger, but I don't really have much use for all the wierd modes that the BF-3 has. The tremolo function actually was pretty good, but not worth $120... Pick up the BF-2 if you can.

I have a vintage EHX MicroSynth and a new one. IMO the old is so much better. It's more greasy and organic, its warmer sounding. But also more noisy. Not that the noise bothers me, i see it as part of the effect. There's nothing bypassed! I ended up selling the new one.
Funny how the new one's control is mirrored compared to the old one.

Alright, two new pedals added, time for an update... (And here's to hoping that an actual board isn't required for posting in here!:p)

The new additions are the DigiTech Talker and Danelectro FAB echo. I've only had them for a couple of days, but they are great.

The FAB Echo isn't insanely flexible, but the sound quality is *very* good, and for only $15 at GC, it's a steal--everyone who's ever thought about getting delay should go out and get one right now. You can't go wrong.

The DigiTech Talker on the other hand is one strange beast... Picked it up used for $100, and just got the mic cables for it today. Some of the modes are basically worthless, but a few are pretty cool--I pretty much prefer the straight talkbox emulator the best, though the "Alien" and "Taz" modes also sound kinda cool. There's a few problems, but nothing drastic--and it's one awesome effect. I could post a full review with sound clips at some point, if anyone wants.
