My current setup---the Sansamp is the latest addition. I'm using it as a preamp straight into my QSC. I got most of these pedals when I was playing in an R&B band, but they're serving me well in my new 80's cover band. Custom cabling all done by Bayou Audio Cables.
Looking at the picture, I should really get in there with the dustbuster and do something about all the cat hair!

EDIT - Just noticed, I even have the same Korg tuner. I don't keep mine on the board, though. Looks like a neat idea. I presume you use the inbuilt mic for getting a signal into the tuner?I have no Deep Impact, but I do have BSW first, then auto Q, then prog BDDI, then chorus (Boss not Digitech). I put the chorus after the SansAmp as per Tech21 recommendation; how do you find your chorus works before? I have an EBS Multicomp on the way which will likely go before the SansAmp. That would make the chain BSW>Auto Q>Multicomp>SansAmp>CEB-3 chorus... but see below.
While I'm on, what do you think of noise/hiss levels with your setup? None of the pedals I have are that noisy on their own, but I'm in the process of rationalising the chain a bit at the moment, as I'd like to get everything as quiet as possible hisswise. The auto Q is going to go, even though it's a better wah than the BSW.
(auto Q is for sale at present - anyone in the UK after one of these? It's mint...)
The reason for losing the auto Q is that I use the BSW octaver setting more than any other effect and it will do for the rare occasion when I use a filter, so the auto q isn't getting used enough to justify its place in the chain. The chorus may go as well as I very rarely use it (although it's a nice chorus, really). That will leave BSW>Multicomp>Sansamp and that's it.

that compressor is probably the best unit i own (not including the ampeg)....that barrell is the venues, ive played there almost once or twice a month this year...its a cool venue, i like it

Hmmm...let's see if I can answer all your questions.
1. I have to put all my other pedals before the SABDDI because I use the XLR out from it to go to the FOH, and I use the SABDDI straight in to my power amp. It wouldn't work if I didn't put the chorus before. Actually, I was really unhappy with that chorus pedal--it sounded like dooky into my old SWR rig, but sounds great through the sansamp.
2. I don't really have any problems with hiss or noise---never really even thought about it. Seems today's pedals are a lot quieter.
3. The tuner doesn't actually live on my pedalboard--it was just laying there at the time---I usually plug it in to the parallel output of my amp, just to get it a signal.
The BSW really has a nice octaver in it---it can do the filter stuff, but I find that it sucks a lot of low end, so that's why I keep the Auto Q around.

No---certainly no loss of low end with the octaver. I like that it's blendable, instead of just being on or off. The only problem with the octaver is that you can't really play chords and stuff, which I tend to do a lot when channeling bootsy in the outer funkasphere.

1. Compression
2. 4 band EQ
3. Noise Gate
4. True bypass tuner
5. Expression pedal used for volume
Tried it out today at practice and loved it. Very punchy sound, and kept me from overdriving the amp.
Still have GAS for a delay (probably Digitech) and an MXR M80.

I run the bassballs in paralell with everything else thru the boss A B line selector. Bassballs in A, patchcord in B. This way you can use the bassballs with other envelopes and take out the gu thru the patch cord in channel B.
