Build start!

Just started the DIY board of mine..
Baught one of these (img showing 2):

George L cables will be solderd to angled plugs efter im done with the pedal layout.. them and the power cables will be run though the holes and under the board..
An alu 10 slot power cord will power all the adapters and be the front edge of the base..
Im also integrating a 3+1+1 (3loops, bypass, tuner) true bypass loop in bottom part of the plait.. using the squares as mounting holes..

Same here. I'm going to do a two tiered design built around my BP-8. I have the most of the pedals, except for an A/B box and Phaser, which I am going to build myself.

What is the BF-3 flanger like? because im looking to get one

The BF-3 is a good flange pedal IMO, although its a little pricy. You can get a thin vibrato type-flange all the way to a thick radical flange. I'd say if you're lookin for a good flange and don't want to spend loads of money go for the BF-3.

I should put together my board and post a pic. Maybe I'll start using it during church too. Doubt that would fly very well though (flanger, wah). The OctaBass may though.

Everybody likes a good flanger! Actually, I just bought another BF-2! I walked into Atomic Music yesterday and they had one on-the-cheap. I couldn't resist.

Nice board. Pedalpad's are great. I've been happily using mine for almost 2 years now.

Yeah, they do. I've got one in my modded Russian Muff (I call it 'the purple warrior')

Blue is more "hi fi", and purple has more mojo. Obviously.

UV LEDs are the best for your tone. They beam out electromagnetic radiation from the upper limits of visible light - a mild cousin of the intense energy that promotes plant growth, skin cancer, and raves. How could they NOT sound bad?!?

Well, you gotta include red and yellow for those old-school "inferior" LED lovers.

Carrots are special on TB. Do a search and thee shall find out what thou searches for. We won't tell you the story, as it's kind of lengthy. If you truly wish to know, use the search and spend time researching it.

And not even the Off Topic forum can fully explain it. That link will take you to several threads about the "carrots".

Other than that, kid, you're on your own... I don't really get it myself

Whatever color, you just have to make it as bright as the LEDs on my DB750. It is like looking into a blue sun.
