Finally... an updated pedalboard shot!

The flow is fairly straightforward:

AMP <= EHX Stereo Electric Mistress <= EHX #1 Echo <= MXR Blowtorch <= Digitech Bass Whammy <= X2 XDS95 Receiver

The #1 Echo re-addition (since it has been on my board in the past) is an experiment. I haven't decided if I'll be keeping it (again) yet.

I think the bass whammy would be sweet in yellow. I tried the no. 1 echo a while ago and it was ok, I've got a delay now but if I was looking for a well priced delay I would go with the no.1

So do you prefer it over the Carbon Copy or is that what you are testing?

I recently sold the Carbon Copy, actually. I've been in the market for a digital delay. Clear repeats are my style, it seems. I liked what I was getting out of the CC, but in the end, digital delays seem more "at home" on my board.

I had the #1 Echo before, so I'm well aware of its pros and cons. If it doesn't work as well as I hope it will at practice tonight, it'll be replaced by a different digital delay.

Ideally, I'd like to have a Boss PS-3 again, but those are now hard to come by at a reasonable price thanks to my review... :scowl:

I'm not.

I took the photo too early - I hadn't finished wiring the power cables to the pedals yet.

The only annoying one to power is the Bass Whammy, but it's worth it.

As far as the basic delay sound goes, it's pretty much the same as the #1 Echo, IMO. Of course, the SMMH is not known for its basic features - it's the champion of weird stuff.

How well do the TH and VT combine??

So far so good! A crunchy VT into the ToneHammer with the AGS can be a bit much...

The little Soundtank was my first pedal, the QuikTime tuner doesn't work, but it's useful as a mute, and I REALLY want a VT and a Whammy.

I have two combo amps, so I split the signal and run one through the Zoom and the other through the Digi stuff.
