Are the paint cans for the "visual" portion of your show?

Posted this a while back, but figured i would post it again.

Looking to add an MXR Bass BlowTorch, tried one this week and i love it.

Also will be switching out the nano chorus, as i never use it, and it has a huge volume drop.

Well see if i venture into modulation pedals, but for now i dont have much use, other than what's already there.

Im debating keeping the pedal switcher, and as cool as the whammy is, it takes up a lot of room and i dont use all the features on it. I basically only use the detune effect.

I probably wont get rid of it, maybe ill learn to use the other effects on it a bit more.

Also, not sure about needing/keeping the reverb. We shall see.

Im also thinking of cloning my distortions/ods etc and making one pedal with multiple switches.
A, to save space
B, to try my hand at making my own pedals for kicks.

Taking a page from dgelting, i may look into getting a Kaoss Pad and setting it at the end of my loop. Just for kicks, ill try it out and see what i can do with it.

Anyways, the year has only begun, well see what happens

Hi people,

yes, the board is a mess, but I'm waiting for two new pedals which will arrive next week, and then I'll do a complete makeover of the board. (starting with glueing the carpet back to the board).

this is the chain:

EHX stereo Electric Mistress => EHX BBM => Boss PS-3 => EHX St Pulsar => EHX nano Small Stone => EHX BMS => EHX LBM => Behringer BOD100 => DOD FX 25 => Arion Flanger => Behringer BCH100 => Boss PH-3 => Boss DD-20 => Behringer BDI21

these will be joined shortly by the RC 20 XL and The Line 6 verbzilla

oh, dgelting and fightthepower, I love your boards!

Thanks, excane.

I've got a couple things in the works, but I feel like I'm in a very good place gear-wise, so I won't be scrapping this board any time soon. I'm mostly looking for another phaser, probably a Subdecay Quasar, and maybe ditching one of the delays. Everything else is exactly what I want.

The T-rex Mudhoney is badass, IMO. It loses a little low end at extreme Gain and Tone settings, but running it into the SansAmp really thickens it back up. By itself, it gives me a sort of Jack Bruce w/ Cream tone. When I kick on the SansAmp, I get a nasty, sinister and grinding fuzz. It kind of acts like a more extreme version of a Tech 21 XXL.........probably similar to your Landmine. Good stuff!

Nice! Things haven't changed much on your board....but I see a T-Rex :smug:

How do you like it?

bjazzman: that looper is huge!!!!!!!

yeah its only 8 loops with a master bypass and tuner switch. i have way more than 8 pedals. im still trying to figure out which pedals i want in the clean blend.

i also have 2 other boards not shown. one has just a korg pitchblack, vt bass, and mxr auto q for my soul/rock band

and the other is the boss rv-3 and(coming) ehx 2880 with foot controller for looping bass/keys/vibraphone/sax
