ok my board came in the other day but i have my pedals at my mates place so expect a pic in a few days 
My board is growing by leaps and bounds. Should be totally finished in a week or two.
looking good! what other pedals do you have lined up? and what kind of music do you play O?

The two on the top right are going to be a Robot Factory LFO Mod Box and a fuzz. I have a fuzz coming, but I'm not sure it will be the right one so we'll see. I'm not sure about the other two. Eventually I'll have my custom phaser from Mario, but until then I've got some slots to play around with. I have some ideas but I'm open to suggestions.
Off board I'll have an expression pedal and an Akai Headrush 2. I don't want that one on the board because I want to be able to grab it quickly to write or practice.
This board is being built for my new originals band. We've just started, but it's sort of an ambient dub/d'n'b type sound. I'm pretty excited so far.
Robot Factory makes some sick looking pedals...I've been wanting one for a long time. Looking forward to seeing yours.
very nice. im in the ambient scene myself too. i think delay might be a necessity though. i was thinking about replacing the moog ring mod with the heliotrope but i really dig the oscillations the moog can get.
i know you've played around with alot of phasers. what do you think about the moog and quasar?
Me too! The Mod Box will look the same as it does on Mario's site (I got the smaller enclosure with a couple custom fixes) but the phaser hasn't even been started yet. Mario's ran into some setbacks so I'm just trying to be patient. He should start it next month.
Yeah, I bought the Headrush as a looper but I want to see what I think of it as a delay before I buy one. I really dug the sound of the Carbon Copy I had, but mine was a lemon. I considered just having Musician's Friend send me a new one, but the woman I talked to said a number of them had been returned for the same reason. So if I get a new delay it will likely be the Malekko 616.
I've seriously considered the Moog Ring Mod, but I just don't have the board space and I've resolved to not go bigger than a PT-2. The Heliotrope is limited but very cool. It's also a strange little beast in that the way it oscillates on one note will be completely different from how it oscillates on one even just a half step up. I'm not sure if I'll keep it long term or not. Really I bought it thinking it was a placeholder for the Holly Erectus which Josh told me would be finalized in a couple months. Knowing pedal builders that could really mean a year from now.
I liked the Moog. I'm a sucker for a 6 stage phaser and it sounded pretty good. But I've found phasers I liked more that were a lot smaller so it wasn't for me.
The Quasar was is an example of a great effect that just wasn't my style. Well built, very tweakable but just not the kind of phase tone I like. I'd pick it before a lot of other phasers, but of the ones I've tried, there are probably 8 or 9 that I like better. Again, that's just personal preference. There's definitely nothing wrong with the Subdecay.
So, I'll rephrase: Katri- where the hell did you get to Cream Pies?
Well I brought both of them off people on the UK and I actually brought both within about a month, I was very lucky with the timing.
