Wow! I didn't realize how many bands I'd seen until I listed them all! Almost all of them were in the 1970s. The last three are the last bands I've seen, just in the last few years. I only saw a couple of them in the 80s, and none in the 90s, since I was too busy raising a family.

However, I do have a few hundred ticket stubs and passes at home that I keep telling myself I'm going to stick in an album one day.

The guitarist in our band built a bar in his basement, and has saved EVERY concert ticket stub since he was 16 (now mid-40s). He has them organized chronologically, in envelopes by year. The plan is to make them the bar top (under a large sheet of plexiglass), so folks can have a look. It is an awesome idea. For the most part, there is a story for each one, which is pretty cool to hear (mostly the same, but still fun).
