The smallest Jackery I recommend is the 240. It's the smallest pure sine unit they offer.

For busking you need to consider the weight. If the weight is too high you will need some sort of cart, which will make navigating over steps and curbs more difficult. I would consider how much surge capacity is required for your amp to turn on and how much run time you need. Weigh these requirements against the size and weight.
I chose the 300 as the best compromise, but your needs and expectations may be different than mine. I ruled the 240 out because I was concerned the 400W surge would not be enough for the amp to turn on. After experimenting with my GK 700RB, I think the 240 would probably work fine, but I have not put it to test.
The 240Wh rating is based on how much power can be supplied continuously for 20hrs.
240/20 = 12W.
The unit is rated to provide 200W continously and 400W surge. Hower, if the power is pulled out faster than this you have to derate the capacity/run time. Jackery recommends 85% but you could use 75% to get a more conservative estimate.
Let's assume the average power your amp pulls is 80W.
Keep in mind you would use the average power required by the Laney RB4 for your estimate.
Estimated Run Time Jackery 240 with 80W of current draw = 240/80 = 3 hrs.
Now derate the answer by 75% and 85%:
3 x 0.85 = 2.55hrs (converted to minutes = 2.55 x 60 = 153 mins)
3 x 0.75 = 2.25hrs (converted to minutes = 2.25 x 60 = 135 mins)
If you need more run time do the estimate for the larger units
