Diminishing returns. At that point you could stuff a chicken in her pants and glue her to the ceiling, and it wouldn't have enough extra shock value to be worth the trouble.

If you can time it to the day he comes back, and the weather cooperates -- take his whole room apart and reconstruct it exactly as it was on the lawn outside his dorm. Make sure you run an extension cord out there so you can sit on his couch and watch his TV, or play his XBox, or whatever he has.

When practical jokes begin to involve major construction efforts, they become really funny.
When I was in college in the late 70s/early 80s, some friends of mine at MIT disassembled a Volkswagen Beetle (remember, a 1970s Beetle can be completely disassembled with just a socket wrench) and reassembled it in the vacationing student's dorm room. They had to push his desk & bed around to make room for the car, but it fit with just enough room for him to be able to open the door and walk in...and then presumably bang his shin against the bumper of a full sized car parked in his room. I saw it when they were about half complete; really industrious bunch, those MIT students!
Un-screw the shower head in the bathroom. Insert butter scotch Life Saver into shower head, it will fit quite nicely... re-install shower head.
Sticky and smelling over Butter scotch will definately make for a real head scratcher!

Make his room disappear...
- Remove the door and door frame trim.
- Install a piece of drywall over the opening.
- Finish and paint to match the outside wall (a hallway, I assume).
Take any object that normally is way too large to fit through the doorway (an old VW Beetle, for example), disassemble it, move the pieces into his room, and reassemble.

I love this idea, it is the best that I have heard of ever. You could probably do it without even taking the door or frame off.

You'd probably at least need to take the trim on the hallway side off to get rid of any evidence of the door location. You might be able to leave the door. Doing as little modification as possible the the existing configuration will let you get it back to original condition all that much easier when the time comes.
