Practice Amp advice

I keep reading decent feedback for the Hartke combos, but I haven't sampled one.
I did try an Ampeg BA-112 some years ago, but that was a huge disappointment. Okay tone, but very weak in terms of its volume (and it wasn't cheap).
Yorkville XM100 BassMaster Amp
$250.00 on Kijiji Ontario. This gets my vote. Tone is exquisitely bassy for happy face syndrome. Cheap as you can see and that's CAD. Plenty loud on stages for less than 300 people (probs more but that is my experience level with them) and as you progress to larger venues you can easily just grab a DI box and let the sound man get you into the PA.
Let me clarify- probably not good for a 300 person club if you are just relying on the amp. It would need to go through a pa at that point but on stage, you will hear yourself using it as a monitor.

I would tend to agree about the BA line, but Ampeg's Rocket Bass (RB) lineup is a totally respectable option.

I just googled that, and saw some great deals from GC/MF used.
I haven't heard one but if you had the budget, looks like a great option on paper. Something new for me to explore!
Fender Rumble. And it's not close.
I own big expensive tube amps, and every time I play a Fender Rumble I think about selling all my big expensive tube amps, not for the practicality but because the Rumble sounds incredible.
Personally I'd go with the Rumble 200.

If you're looking for a smaller amp, what are you using now?
By rehearsal room use, do you mean at home for solo practice, or actual rehearsal with others, including drums?
If the latter, you'll want at the very least 100w, preferably 200.
I'm using a Gallien Kreuger MB112 and that covers most situations, including smaller gigs...with a relatively restrained drummer.

Fender Rumble 100 or 200 is more than enough for practice and small (150-200)room with good acoustics .
I had an XM50 Which was good enough for rehearsal with fairly loud Rock Band; very punchy clean tone
