I tend to start with scales, arpeggios, and some other basic stuff.
I also do some chart reading which tends to include melody, walking the chords and actually playing the chords.
I also spend some time on new pieces which i am always trying to add to the list.
Also some recap on older material.
Other things get included as well, but that varies.
The time I spend on practicing varies but tends to be no less than two hours a day.
However...noodling and practicing are not the same thing whatsoever in my book.
