Pre-toasting bread?

Toasty! A bit like minty. Give me thick-sliced, toasted damper, I'm a happy camper.

I cooked up some Two Ingredient Biscuits (we'd call 'em Johnny cakes or scones) the other day. They will suffice:)

Tip: if you team up two slices of sandwich bread (thin-sliced) and put them both in the same side of the toaster, once they're done, you have the makings of a toasted sandwich. All you need to do is stuff it;)

I don't eat enough bread for toast to be a concern. Very occasionally I'll have it for breakfast if it's part of a big spread or if it's served as a component of a noon or evening meal and I don't want to be rude by refusing.
