Absolutely.

I even saw a big JA bassist with a Dingwall a while back, but I can't for the life of me remember who. I think it was at a multi-band festival.

While I'm not famous, I occasionally use mine (if a PBass clone counts)...

I always liked the P for reggae too. It helps to have the right capacitor in your tone circuit.

I presume it's not the .02 uF (with 500KOhm pots) I have on my P-Bass...
