Hey Guys,

Anyone got a good bass tablature for this song... Prince "Kiss". I realise the original has very little bass in it but any suggestions more than vvelcome ...

No tab. But I do a little diddy on the E on the verse and hit the octave on the snare. Sounds neat.

7th fret A string. 7 777 57 then octave G string 9th fret (can also be slapped) then just drive home with 8th's the "You don't have to be rich" part.

Good tune and simple is better IMHO for that song, keep a good groove going.

Sketch the chords.
Then find some simple patterns using the chords.

On a tune like this, what is most important is establishing a big, solid groove - not playing lots of notes.
