problem with new bag M80 DUAL BASS CASE

Hello everyone I'm new here and It's my first post.
If I have violated the forum rules, please let me know, and I will correct.

I bought a new gig bag M80 DUAL BASS CASE.

But the second bag looks like this.
Album — Postimages
not asymmetrivcal.no matter I put bass in or not.

If its's a quality issue?

Thank you!.

You need to send those pics to Mono for them to evaluate and determine if an adjustment is needed.

I can look at mine and see it looks like that, but it’s two years old at this point and with a bunch of miles on it.

Nonetheless, it seems to be holding up fine.

Welcome to Talkbass! :)

You can rest easy - this is not a quality issue. The M80 Dual is a soft case, so it doesn’t hold its shape the way a hard case does. It will stretch a little depending what’s put into it, and collapse a little when empty. It’s also common for it to twist slightly. None of this will impair its function in the least, and it will keep your basses safe for years to come.
