problems completing rig

So i have a predicament.
Right now, i own a genz benz shuttle 6.0 and love it. However, for cabinets, I only have an avatar b210 neo, rat rug covering. Even though I love the sound and think its great, I need to get more vertical height on my rig. Also, I want atleast a 4x10. Preferably a 6x10 or an 8x10. So my first question is, can you hook up two cabs to an amp assuming impendence is right with one being a 2x10 and one being a 4x10? and not get any issues with farting/speaker overload etc.

Also, the shuttle 6 as you may know can't run at two ohms.. my avatar 2x10 i own unfortunately is 4 ohms... Would it be smarter to buy two 2x10's at 8 ohms each or possibly 2x410's at 8 ohms each so I can use the shuttle head or...

Should I buy a Carvin head, the bx500 or the bx1500 probably so i can keep my 4 ohm cabinet and buy another 4 ohm 2x10 so i can run the carvin head at 2 ohms with a bit more wattage? I am open to buying used cabinets in good condition or better however, I am not open to buying used heads as alot of poblems not obvious to the condition may pop up in the long run.

You are IMO going to be better off buying the appropriate speakers for your needs rather than trying to make due with something that isn't quite right. Sell your 210 and go cabinet shoping. Either 2 x 210's at 8 ohms each, or 2 x 410's at 8 ohms each are probably your most likely options.

IF a single 410 will work, you can get a single 410 at 4 ohms too.

OP, you like your amp, keep it. You like the sound of your current speaker but it's 4 ohm impedance is the limiting factor. If that's "your sound" and you want to keep that, sell your cab and get a pair of the same Avatar 210's in the 8ohm variety. Stack them on end with the littke amp on top. That way of lining up speakers does 2 things. It gets speakers closer to ear level, it'll be much easier to hear yourself in a loud or busy stage mix. And it spreads the sound wider, making the other guys in the band hear you better, making yourself hear your sound better as you roam about the stage, and making a much bigger portion of the audience hear you better in situations where your rig is carrying the room.

If something from your sound is lacking, or you just want to try something else, from the Genz line, I'd just stick a NeoX212 under it and call it a day. Those are very good sounding cabs, follow the same design principles as the vertical 210 stack, have the same benefits, and play loud. They can hang with a basher of a drummer and johnny leatherpants over there doing guitar gymnastics. Have a go at one of those.
