problems with Earthbound?

Hi folks,

Anyone ever had problems buying from Earthbound? I paid for a Supercollider 2 weeks ago and even though I've emailed 3 times, I've had no reply.

The guy, Mark was pretty responsive to emails when I had a couple of questions regarding the pedal before I paid.

Thoughts please.

Don't worry. His response time on emails sucks, but he delivers a damn good pedal. I was a little worried when I bought my beast from him a couple of years ago. Same thing, my myspace pm's went unanswered for awhile. He delivered right about the target date.

Mark's a good guy. Helped me out with some questions I had regarding the Supercollider v3 I just picked up. He's also been serving out pedals for years and I've seen nothing but good things said about him. He is but one man.

I had the same trouble a few years back, but got the pedal eventually. No excuse for it really, if you want to run a business no matter how small you shouldn't ignore customer emails - guess he's just a bit disorganised so loses track of them.

I ordered a Beast last year. Mark was a little slow getting back to me and the pedal was a little delayed but it was well worth the wait.

Another positive not for Mark. I bought a pedal from him and eveything was very smooth. He responded to my email quickly and the pedal came in fast.

This gentleman seems to be very serious and his pedals are high quality.
