Need help!
I ordered some parts from guitarelectronics.com and have difficulty. They failed to include a part that I ordered, and have failed to respond to multiple inquiries about it.
They did catch that I ordered the incorrect size knobs for the pots I ordered, HOWEVER, their website doesn’t even list the order I placed to request a return, and they have not responded to my messages about the matter.
I’m planning on submitting a fraudulent charge claim with my credit card and also filing a BBB complaint.
I don’t want to have to do that. Does anybody know how to contact them by phone? Have any better ideas? Thanks in advance.
